Artist Kent Paulette begins the process of creating a hand-embellished giclée by taking a photograph of one of his original paintings. He then has that image printed on canvas using archival inks. This is called a giclée and it’s stretched on 1.5″ deep wood stretcher bars. He then makes it one of a kind by painting on the giclée using acrylic paint, brushes, and palette knives. Paulette finishes the hand-embellished giclée by signing it. It doesn’t need to be framed. It comes ready to hang with a wire and 1.5″ gallery-wrapped painted edges. Premium 2.5″ deep hand-embellished giclées are also available.
