If your product arrives damaged, please contact Kent Paulette to initiate a return within 3 days. Send him photos of the damaged product or shipping box. He will take a look at the photos and decide the next step. If the damage is major, then Kent Paulette will replace the damaged product at no cost to the customer. If the damage is minor, then Kent Paulette may offer a partial refund and advice about how to repair the damage.
If the product does not arrive damaged, then it cannot be returned. However you can still contact Kent Paulette to see if he’ll make an exception.
