Fall mountains painting – Blueberry Sunrise

At first glance, this wildly expressive painting displays the beauty of a fall sunrise. But, as the viewer hones in on the different segments of the painting, a sweet bear is seen poking her head out from behind two small evergreens. The sapphire blues of her fur match the brilliant blues of the sky where the yellow sun dances with line and shape in a way that brings a certain brilliance to the vista. To the lower right side of the canvas, a much smaller creature hums in the breaking daylight. A small hummingbird hovers near the rightmost evergreen looking for the last of the season’s flowers. In a moment, she’ll zip off across the landscape, continuing her hunt. Between the animals and the sky lie the mountains glowing red with autumn glory as the rising sun illuminates their beauty.
